Cohesion through Athletics and Teamwork
Every cadet is an athlete and must engage in play some type of sport. More than a recreational release for cadets, these athletic teams help cultivate a warrior ethos, develop grit and drive, and contribute to a strong spirit de corps.

Whether it be the Gospel Choir, Spectrum, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, or the Scoutmaster's Council cadets can find a group of fellow cadets with whom they share a common interest. Whether it's a professor reaching out to offer additional assistance, a company tactical officer stopping by a room to check in after hours, a sponsor inviting a cadet to his or her home to relax, or simply a member of the long gray line offering advice to a cadet with whom he or she feels a connection, cadets benefit from a wide array of mentors at the Academy.
